A very busy summer resulted in completion of Stages 1 and 2 bulk earthworks. Infrastructure (including water, waste water, fibre and power) has been installed into Stage 1. Demand for sections is strong with the bulk of Lots in Stages 1 and 2 either sold or under 'due diligence' by interested parties. Stage 3 Lots are now on the market for sale.
